Default Pug 106 16v rallye experts?

My friend has got a peugeot 106 16V rallye for track days. He needed a hydraulic handbrake so i ordered one for him... We took a good quality hydraulic handbrake with willwood 0.70 master cylinder. The car was having 2 diagonally separated brake circuits and what we did was to make the front wheels the first brake circuit and the rears the second, so we took just one line from the pump and we connected it to the hydraulic handbrake. From the hydraulic handbrake we took another line going to the rear where we installed a "T" distributor at the end of the line. From the two outputs of the distributor we took two lines that we connected them to the two inputs of the brake pressure regulator of the car. The rest of the rear system is as it was. The problem that we have is that the
handbrake doesn't locking the rear wheels but the brakes seems to work good. The handbrake uses all of it's travel distance and only at the end starts to become hard... Do you think that we need to remove the factory brake pressure regulator or to move to higher diameter master cylinder of the handbrake?
Thanks...
