Hello,

I am just about to take delivery on a minty clean Mondeo St only problem is the 18" wheels have started to bubble and flake which I know they all do. I am looking to get them refurbed including having the faces re diamond cut.

Anybody have a recomendations good or bad and what sort of money I should be paying? Needs to be in Essex and have a reasonably quick turnaround time.

my mate just had his bbs split rims done by wheelworks in colchester.Done a great job and only charged £55 per rim.

I dropped a set of rims off at J P Polishing in canvey island on saturday morning. I haven't used him before but his work looked very good. He charges £42.50 per rim upto 17" and £50 per rim 18" and over. His number is 01268 680245 if you want to try him.

I know this guy and I know he does good work with wheels but he tried to take the piss on some suspension stuff I asked him to do so I wont go back there again.

Shame as I have loads of stuff powder coated and he is only 15mins away.
