Dead, police have an injuction which bans anyone from entering the retail park between 7pm and 7am with the intention of cruising or gathering with 2 or more cars.Something like that anyway, shame as it was great 7 or 8 years ago.

I think a lot of them go to chesterton now on the industrial estate.I went on to fez the other night to pick the kids up from waterworld and because they were not ready I nipped to kfc.I noticed on the way back through they are getting a bit keen with the cameras,I must have been "cruising" all on my own .

Sunday nights used to be awesome,
Festitutes
Stockport on a Thursday is more of a yocal meet, people have tried and failed in getting something decent going, backyard sites and the Police have killed done a good job in killing that off.
Apparently there is some SR on a Friday on a large industrial area near a big shopping complex.

the scene down down there had died a long time ago tbh
was at its peak around 10 year ago when the main car parks were allways open, probably the best cruise in the country then seeing as it was like that every weekend lol.
shame there was no camera phones about then so there aint many pics or footage about

I used to go down now and then, dont know where people go now, i know it was nothing compared to what it was years ago but at least it was something...
I can understand the local residents/businesses not wanting dickheads racing around there every night but not everyone was like that, i think they could have done something more constructive than banning people from down there, people will still meet up somewhere else,

What no one has mentioned yet is that it came from the first original multi in hanley and hilchurch street(kebab house street or boy racer alley it became known as).About 1990 everyone was shooed off there and they were doing the retail park at fez
New smooth roads,no speed humps Oh the memories lol
It was a regular occurance down there every night, most times until about 2am.God,no wonder I was always falling asleep at work
Morrisons used to be good before they put the trolley parks in,Its mahoosive and was always good for a big broadside sorry I think the term is "drift" now < can you drift a mk5 tina lol.Miss the early days but it ended up well stupid,I even remember seeing the original "Desert storm" down there in its day Tony.

Hillchurch street has no kebab houses anymore although the indian could probably knock one up.
Oh i guess you could go into the iraqi/turkish kurd social club and ask for a kebab
Shame they put the barriers on the barclays car park as thats empty at night and hillchurch steet is NOT on the town CCTV. I reckon the empty barclays car park is big enough for dohnuts in a RWD car!!

Them were the days, seen some good action up there, early 90s was best before Kfc bit was made, drifting around the big morrisons roundabout and racing up greyhound way in uno turbos, montego turbos,novas,mk1 mk2 astras and the daddy 3dr cossies to a dead end as they hadnt completed the road where it meets waterloo road. No, where ever they move in stoke wont be as good as the younger lads just dont do it like the older generation.

The more turbos,more fun!
Fezzy park used to be a right laugh, i went about a year back now and it was crap.
Same with the Thursday night Stockport, used to be rammed with some tasty cars and always some decent action but like said its all gone down hill.
Friday nights there is some action on in Trafford Park, i can normally be found down there in the bus.

Trafford park ?? all the way from stoke in an RS lol.I hope you have breakdown cover .
On a serious note I think all us stokey's should have a night out somewhere.I know warren aint really a stoke lad but I wish he would get his car sorted and join.It may steal the limelight being a cosworth powered puma but more the merrier imo. When things got too much locally we used to go to manchester/nottingham or brum for the night. It was always good for a laugh,5 or 6 cosworths the odd evo and scoobs. The lining up side by side on the motorway 3rd gear at the ready was always the best bit on the way home .Hmmm,I just remembered it used to cost 40-50 in fuel quid about 8 years ago.
