Well I have changed jobs and this time no longer in Retail but over the years as a Store Manager for many retail companies has meant that i have built up an immense amount of experience of various retail sectors and understood the operating and trading issues that face managers.

I am about to start work for a Time attendance/scheduling software company

Ive got a great package now working just mon-fri etc etc etc. Im not entirely out of retail as it were however.

Most companies these days are using electronic software to schedule staff in to do jobs at the right place at the right time (rprprt).The reasons are the fact that companies or managers are bringing in too many staff at the wrong time to do the wrong job.

Ill also have to at some point possibly travel to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Denmark,and USA

Its a great opportunity and one that will give me great security for me and my family.
