Not been on here ina long while, kinda slid into a bit of depression nothing serious and took a wee holiday so am sorted!

Thing is I spilt up with my ex because I was just not in the relationship anymore, I didn't want to see her and I would rather have been myself. Past 6 weeks or so I have really missed her and after my holiday I got intouch with her the past week or so we have been texting and things are good. She misses me also, agreed to see her tonight, just generally wondered what u guys think or if anyone has been where I am etc...

Wouldn't be human if I didn't miss the situation, having a girlfriend and missing the sex along with the company but I do really miss her. Was a great holiday but found myself going to do things or ordering things and thinking about her. Been 4 months with no contact and I do really want to be with her, loved her a lot just think I was going through something alone that I pushed everyone away, I was unemployed at the time.

 

id go mate,id give everything to get my ex back,told her id stop smoking weed (her pet hate) rid the car etc and she still dunt wanna know,do it mate,things can and do work 2nd time around,as it goes you dont know what you lost till its gone.

 

Totally agree with you, I think I took her for granted she would do anything for me and I abused that but I would give anthing and do anything to have her back. That's so true, you don't realise what u lost till it's gone, I'm not going to be left thinking what if

I'm a great believer that there's a perfect match out there waiting for each person. If you don't get rid of the one's that aren't your perfect match, then you'll never meet the one that is

 

get a kitten if you want company. you will need to wait until its a bit older for the sex though as you dont want to get done for underage sex.

I am a great believer in that also and as sad and as pathetic as will definetly make me sound I can't imagine being without her. We are into the same kinda hobbies cars etc...but at the sametime we have difference of opnions that kept us real with no boredum, she's the one though. Thought she was going to be the 'one that got away' but everyone deserves a sexing chance unless there was a serious reason for break up.

I was with a girl she was 15 i was 18 we were together for 5 years and split up for 2 years, although I had good times like lads holidays and going out and doing what I wanted with who ever I wanted I constanly thought about her.
Being on the isle of wight you cant really get away from each other and was often out and saw her which killed me to see her.
after just under 2 years of being single we got talking one night and here I am 4 years later married to her for 3 years and 2 year old boy and 1 on the way its the best its been.

 

I hope that happens to me mate....fingers crossed

Things went great, we are back on track. Both want to be together and both very happy, don't want to jump straight to it and i mess it up again. That's sounds right gay now but am a happy man

If you need to think about it long and hard then your making the wrong decision.

Truth be told you have already made your decision and your just looking for reassurance from us. You don't need that, do whatever makes you the happiest but try and think long term as well as short term.

 

I do think long and short term, sad as it is I love the girl and am glad it worked. From feeling depressed to being this happy again is amazing
