....Beefy for pride of britain award.....got some mock up pic...
right now i know i aint the first to post on here about what a gent he is but i am afraid i have to say he has done me proud this past week or so
not only did he text me to let me know a good condition YB head was for sale on here but once i had bought it and taken delivery he travelled down to pick it up and take to the deepest darkest depth of `The Unit`,whereupon he commenced rebuilding it for me
at no point did he ask me for any money all i had to supply was followers and the odd insult via text
,now i know he was assisted by jacko and the lads @ blue oval (cheers fellas 
) but he seemed to not to stop working on it & at every stage he sent me little snippets of info along with some pics,then last night he drove down with the head and around 200 pictures of the build up and even then all he would accept was 2 cuppas.
now i know i did him a little favour earlier this year but he has gone way beyond repaying me for that
so to finish this appreciation thread of the guy

Never met the guy but loads on here seem to think he's a top dude and seems to go out of his way to help people.

jackstands bloody hell give me a chance fella (gotta have time to ring round on the scrounge for em)
didnt get chance tonight worked late then jo out on a run so put wee man to bed and grilled the steaks Mmmmm!
eldest two say they going to rallycross sunday so can have some quality man time with em Reece up for it when i told him more chance of crashs if it rains

Well yet again the man the myth has come through for me
Gave up his day to 'help' me get my car up in the air and running gear off
When I say help,he swung the spanners and I made the tea and fetched the fish n chips
Got a couple of pics in the process (tho not quick enuf to get one of my dog getting to know him,told you we think Eddie is gay bud..lol)
Will take a few more in daylight for future resto thread as today just flew by
All in all a very good days progress thanks chap you are a diamond
Now off to get a decent socket set....

Thanks its pretty close to getting ready to being 'built' and fitted or at least it was till Beefy turned up this morning
I had planned to do an underside resto this winter but curcumstances prevented me from getting my engine back in this year and so would have been content with it simply up n running
But thanks to the big chap everything is back on track

so now we just have to split the front and rear running gear , clean and paint the floor , paint the parts
job done

Didn't get too many pics as not much chance with your work rate bud
Will take some in daylight as bluberry camera is shite
Tho do hav some I can send you of Eddie,u two did get on well...lol
