puttin focus rs clocks in to a normal focus, mk1

can u take just the dail faces out and put them on my standard 1's?
i wanna keep the mileage of my car exact, and by changing the whole
clock unit over u have the mileage of the car they was in b4 rite??
is ther any way round this??

i can do mileage correction mate although it would have to be done via post

You can,t swap the dial faces as the numbers don,t line up with the old filter lights.I tried it on mine.Just swap the whole clocks and get the milage sorted.I,ts not illegal as long as your putting the original mileage in.It,s only illegal if you change the mileage and sell it on as a lower mileage car.
