the torque settings on a cosworth head bolts is it 20 nm 40 nm and 2 90 turn or am i incorect

 

on 2wd

Stage 1 20-25 nm
Stage 2 45-50 nm
stage 3 rotate further 170 -180 degrees

On 4wd
stage 1 45-50 nm
stage 2 turn 180 degrees +/0 10 degrees
stage 3 check for 110 nm

this should be with lightly oiled threads
according too manual
