MK3 Mondeo 2.0 mpg ???

just been getting a mk3 mondeo 2.0 duratec he and just wondering what mpg i should be getting urban ??? i cannot get above 30 mpg driving really carefully which i think is not that good tbh

Only average about 26mpg in our 2.0 zetec mondeo around town but can get upto 40mpg on a run
