Somebody shows alot of interest in your car and you agree to do a part ex with them and you spend most of your day trading text messages with them using your credit and giving them your time to answer question after question and then they just ignore you when it comes to crunch time?

i get texts regularly about my engine for sale. i dont bother replying. itll sit in my shed until someone phones or visits.

as said a texter is usually a time waster, a genuine person will call or email if there is the option so that they can get all the info they need in ine go.

maybe im old fashioned but i wouldnt email either. good old fashioned phone call to speak prevents any possible misunderstandings.

I normally drop them a text to see if the car or item is still available before i waste mine or there time. Then if its still available ill give them a call.
