Didnt want it bling, hate polishing it. It looks very good indeed in the flesh with a lot of attention to flow & making it as large as posssible with 100% airflow. ducts help & i love the understated finish, IMO its near perfect for efficiency with purposefull looks. The Turbo cooler is also Max size & we have less than 5mm clearance around it. The lights had to have modified casings & the front Chassis member was cut off & replaced with a thiner bar to get that all in.

Many know i pulled the plug on getting it finished 2 months back for health reasons.
I dont rush things, im older than others involved with Cossies & do things in a measured manner, the cars only aim is to push the Topspeed record higher, this car has no other purpose these days, its a 20year old Sierra for Gods sake
its not needed untill 2010 so no point rushing it

Rod that looks the fkn biz bud quite tempted to get my intercooler & radiator put in black i have always loved spec r 's stuff really good qualit

Cant believe others dont research these things, lots of incredible bits of kit in the States.
My new Turbo is not available over here even the importer was told it didnt exist. I rang up my tame Tuner in the States & 5 days later i had it here, its now with the importer so he can get all the numbers off it so he knows what to ask for
, we aint big enough for the States to give a damm.

What did you reckon of the.....cast end tanks that garrett do, i know/i havn't seen any that would have had the correct entry and exit for Rod's application but......i could get away with using them on the same core.
Slightly off topic but i need to ring you about those injectors,lol and a few othetr bits, when best to ring on fridays?

Very true, I almost bought a set of run of the mill 1000cc RC's till Mr Shead said he could me some all singing, all dancing 1000cc bad boys from the U S of A. I hadn't even heard of them.

I think your being a tad harsh!....everyone in PF knows that Chip is this boy(fat) genius,that has reaped the awards of his expertise,by buying "ellussive" cars the like us Joe public could only DREAM of owning.... like the wanky abortionised Nova,a cacky yellow 3 door and a Calibra with big rims
He also has a a NVQ(Not Very Qualified) for building barn conversions...he's in such demand.....we are SOOOO lucky he finds the time to talk to us in this dog hole!!

Unfortunately its City and guilds Ive got tons of city and guilds engineering stuff which in the real world isnt worth the paper its printed on!! Same with OCN and NVQ stuff. Most of those quals have been devalued by excessive use. Hell you can even get "accreddited" certificates for filling in application forms and CV writing
Tony's got certificates in marriage counselling as well now. As well as "ex-wife body disposal", "hiding your assets in divorce" and "hiring a hitman for killing the ex-wife: a guide to covering your tracks"
