Default Focus TDCI sport flywheel problems

I have a Focus TDCI and it's making huge noises and it won't start. I think that the problem is coming from the flywheel. I have read that the Dual mass flywheel is week and it will let go very easy. Now I know that ford made a conversion which consisted of another inlet plenum with a throttle in it so when you switch off the engine the flywheel won't get kicked and it would turn off slowly recducing the stress on the flywheel. I came across as well of a solid flywheel conversion which elimanates the dual mass flywheel. Now I would like to know if there was any other problems after fitting the solid flywheel and what difference shoul I see? Also which is the best clutch for the 115 version?

standard clutch is fine, not sure about that inlet plenum thing, but i know the focus has a shut off valve which makes the switch off smoother. the single mass flywheel is a very good conversion but i hear it can make it a slightly harsher drive but personally its a good downfall if you get what i mean
