e46 coupe electric seat . how do i store my seat position ?
just bought myself a 51 reg coupe and its got electric seats . lovely. on the side it has 3 buttons numbered 1, 2 and 3 and there is a M button . ive got the seat finally where i want it so how do i store it . want to let my bird use it later but dont want to lose my seat position , took me a week to get it just right lol . cheers

iirc, you press the Memory button [M] and a light should come on, then just press 1,2 or 3.
I'm not sure on the 3 series of that age, but the later ones [E90 etc.] also store the wing mirror positions.
