Hi all
Just looking at a ballpark figure for my focus for exterior and door shuts, bearing in mind I will supply the primer/paint, and I will do the disassembly/reassembly, all that would need doing is the panel preparation, priming and painting in Frozen White.
Got a chap at work who might do it for me, but not too sure how much a professional bodyshop would charge!
thanks in advance
Rich

Cheers for the input guys, decided to hang on to this for a couple more years, getting married next year so decided I couldn't justify spunking 10k away on a new motor.
I have been quoted Ł800ish including paint, but I can get it at cost price, so I will get it. Thats an on the side price though, to be done occasional evenings and the weekends, been told 3 weeks at the most! Don't use the car much anyway so I can live without!

Rich for Ł800 at a proper outfit you won't get half your car done for that......i'd bite his arm off and get it done if that's all he wants! Will look cool in white too i reckon

Yeah black's a complete cock for swirlmarks and marks in general lol.....white's a lot easier to manage though it will never gleam like a freshly polished black one haha

I paid 1500 quid to have my saph painted in Frozen White including all the door shuts and that was with me srtipping and rebuilding it myself.
Looking back, I should've just gone to B&Q and bought a boat load of Dulux emulsion and done it myself
.
Choose your bodyshop carefully!
