my 16th bday is in 2 months time and i want to get on the road asap , and does anyone know if i can apply for my license before i am 16? i rang up the cbt place and they said that i could but the bloke didnt sound to sure to me and trying to get hold of the dvla is a joke!

yes i had mine at 15 but its not valid untilo your 16

 

As above, I did my CBT on my 16th birthday and theory on my 17th.
