Default -31 actuator - psi?

Over here on this side of the pond we do acutators strictly on PSI. So iI have this trick actuator that's either a collins -31 or a good copy.

It's marked with an engraver on the back as -10. I assume this means 10psi. Is it a -31 then?

-31 has a base lift of 8 psi

so i would imagine that is what the 10psi is relating to the base lift

It looks exactly like this but gold

I would be wise to verify the rod length. I love/hate buying a box of parts that somewhat resembles a car.
