hello ppl, i am fitting a 2.0ltr throttle body 2 my escort 1.8 gti and the throttle cable seems about a inch 2 long.. i was just wondering if ne one else had this prob and if so how did ya fix it did u get a shorter cable of another car if so what car or is there a way of making the old cable fit? cheers

Tie a knot in it by the end leaving enough end to get connected properly, the knot will effectively shorten it.

the prob is where the cable sits on the throttle body is a diffrent depth where the cable sits in is diffrent. ne clue ne 1?

adapt the cable bracket from the old throttle body or fabrucate something.
