as above been offered pectal t2 and loom for my zetec turbo build for 700 quid. bargain??

opinions please gd ecu/fair price?

PectEl T2 ECU's are about 850 new plus the loom so I'd say thats about right.

t2 ecu is £650 new from pectel and a custom built wiring harness is anything from £450 to £600 so thats a very good price and ive seen secondhand packages nearly sell for the brand new price, seen on lots of high powered cossies in norway and ive used it on my zetec turbo.

Just make sure its not locked or needing a dongle, otherwise it sounds a fair deal.

the cost of mapping shouldnt be anymore than any other ecu neither, they all pretty much work the same so you should expect the same as any other ecu tbh

If anything it should be cheaper, I have used loads of ECU's and Pectel is streets ahead for ease of use.

even with my little knowledge of different ecu's the ones i have seen i would much rather use pectel just because how user friendly it is ! your right it probably would be less !

grove garage lol , ahmed bayjoo ring a bell been mapping fords for 25+ years and one of the best in the business , he mapped my engine on scs dyno with harvey as the operator , my engine wasnt in better hands , and he did the live map on my first zetec turbo , fuck me that was a scary journey home as he left it on high boost , 300 bhp and not used to it lol

ahmed bayjoo yeah heard enough gd stuff about him name cums up alot on here/in mags/other site.
