FKLGLS

I've just bought a 2 litre blacktop out of an x plate mondeo and would like to fit it into my mk5 Cortina. Can anyone point me in the direction of what bits I need, i.e. gearbox, engine mounts, clutch, etc. etc. please ? If possible, a complete idiots guide would be great 'cos I've never attempted anything like this before, I'm not bad with the spanners but mainly old skool is what I'm best at. Any help you could give would be very much appreciated guys, thanks.
