Normally you just copy and paste the link into the reply box... like this:

To 'name' the link yourself you need to put [*url=https://passionford.com/forum/general-discussion/319359-how-do-you.html]then the name of your link here[/url*] ...obviously remove the * at the beginning and the end and it should be all good buddy.
