keep the impreza......ive had a few of both

engines suffer with crankwalk, clutches are weak and a pain to do.

first one i bought a few years ago suffered with crank float-had to buy another engine for it.second one i had drove ok until about 100 miles when the clutch started slipping-not the nicest job.

either that or go for a 4 with a 6 onwards bottom end/engine...... clutch is a complete nightmare job also, in the process of rebuilding my brothers evo 4, using a brand split 9 bottom end! so come across lots and lots of problems so far..... oh and to do the timing belt you may as well take the engine out as its nearly impossible to get it done in the car...... give me my cosworth anyday
