Whats to the rear of the property i can see a pc room or something? With a step up into it? If so, then its likely the base is 150mm lower than the DPC, certainley with regards to the house.
Whatever you choose to do, even though i hate this part of the job it pisses me off, get a builder out for some free advice!

i put insulated plaster board on my entire garage which is house spec as i can convert to living space if i ever needed to.think its 150 mm.looks well and has with stood plenty of abuse.must run a line of tiles along the bottom tho so i can wash out the floors.plaster board doesnt like it feet getting wet

I think I may baton both sides, forget any insulation and screw plasterboards to the batons.
With regards to the roof i'm going to plasterboard the roof but want to use it as storage above. Would it best to use ply up top or something like MDF.... Not going to be walking up there, purely for storing wood, signwriting materials etc....
