The 550bhp+ 3door i have cost around 20k or more with engine build, turbo, fueling, mapping etc etc, thats not the gear box either 3k on top, then big brakes to STOP!!! 2k.
You will need a big pocket m8!!!

lol at 205 block
200 block, 10 studs, linered, oil pump, standard crank, oil jets, longer rods, decent pistons, cams, alot of headwork, solid lifters, decent inlet, tubular exhaust manifold and a turbo suitable,
obviously all the bits around it, ecu, loom, injectors ect ect

So RS500 205 small coreplug block no good?

but when we do 600hp it will make 600 at 7500-8000 and rev to 8500 ish
so it this case solid lifters are needed, liners is because the standard bores arnt as strong as a liner, and for any engine really stronger is better.
10 studs so the head is pulled down perfectly even and tightly so in cases of high cylinder pressures the head isnt going to be going anywhere
possibly overkill, but theres no point in doing things by half, do it properly once and it will last, hopefully lol

I know of a FEW sweedish and norweigan engines with 700+ bhp WITHOUT liners, so cant se a problem there, solid lifters, yes but not needed, tubular, yes for better respons and crisp engine, but not needed, and std rods are just fine for 600 bhp.
Overkill is good, but also coasts a LOT of money.
