normally using to much powder causes that as it wont dissolve properly, so bleaches the clothes, is the drun turning ok?check the filter, give it a service wash then half ya powder, see if it still does it

ok, ive cleaned it all out, run it at 95degree's for 2washes and we have been using FAR too much washing powder.
my other half has been using a cup full but it seems we only need 60ml of powder.

sounds stupid i know but i guess this is what the problem is.
thanks for the advice

Get an extended warranty is my advice, we had a serious rattling noise from ours when emptying, but it stopped when I removed the 5p out of the output strainer!
