Default problem found.can delete.thanks.

i know its not the tech section but im at my wits end.my s1 has cossie brakes all round.got an easybleed kit and have bled them up no problem.thing is when the car is running there is no pedal atall and when you press the brake pedal in the revs climb a bit??am i drawing air from somewhere or is servo knackered??any you rst guys had this before?

if it is mate i have no problem gettin another.its just weird it was fine when i took it off before resto,anybody explain how the servo works so i can get my head round it.i took master cylinder off and the seals in servo there look ok.where else is there seals.at the rear?

when bleeding the rear brakes, you need to undo one of the caliper mounting bolts ad swivel the caliper so the bleed screw is the highest point, otherwise air will stay trapped around here giving you a soft pedal.

found the problem mate.the servo is goosed.took it off and blew in to it.no leaks atall.soon as i pressed the bar at the back it all escaped.it will be doing the opposite on vacumm and drawing air in.got one on its way to me
