I wanna get a shaft made and need some gears cut into it,
it needs 2 splines, 2 straight cut gears and 1 helical gear.
I can supply the material.

I have a STD shaft to copy and a pic of new and old next to each other, basically the STD 1 is in 2 parts and I want it made out of 1 piece.

Can any1 on here do it? Or have you used a company before and recomend them?
If they are in/around London I can bring the parts down and discuss it.

There's a place called Bronte Engineering in Bradford, ask for a chap called Steve Leach - i know they can do gear cutting as well as most precision engineering.

I appreciate it's not London, but might be able to help.
