Anyone seen these before? Presume they're just RS accessory wheels and not fitted to any particular car, but thought there may be someone on here who knows better??
They're 6x15s and ET40 and aren't XR4x4 ones before anyone says so, as there's no 'lip' around the edge like normal 7-spokes
Is it possible they have been refurbed and had the lip machined off???
Was considering that, as have seen diamond cut ones where they've machined the lip off - It's just that the finish looks very 'factory', and not refurbed.
Edit: They're stamped as being made in 1995 too.

my dad bought a brand new mk1 mondeo si with all the rs upgrade kit on, and that came with 16" versions of these, not 15s like these, and looking at a pic of it on the day of purchase, the wheels have the lip too
As per my original post - I assumed they are an accessory wheel - I just wanted to check before putting anything into print.
(You fixed the Mondeo's misfire yet?)
yes Dan I have it was the bloody plug leads!!
for some reason on the mondeo if they have started breaking down then they fail at low rpm high torque situations which is what mine did, I put some new ones on and it's perfect again

Cool, mine's doing exactly the same thing. Have got a set of Magnecor ones on order so hopefully mine will be fixed shortly too!
should cure is Dan, I changed them after reading about it being the probable cause on the st owners club forum. presume yours does it from 1.5k rpm to about 3.5k. On mine as soon as the secondries opened it was fine that threw me off the scent for a while as I expected it to missfire at high rpm with duff plug leads..not so!
leads are the first thing to change when they start to misfire, but apparently ford leads are better and less prone to having these problems that aftermarket ones
iv got these in diamond cut on my series 1, they came on the car when i bought it they actually dont look 2 bad its just that there not wide enuff so dont fill the arches.
