Default had my facebook hacked

some sad lonely idiot decided to hack my msn account (definatly hacked as the password was not easy and i had not used msn for like 2 months and not left comp signed in) they hacked my msn then with my email addy they went to facebook and then and clicked on the "forgot my password" link which sends a new password to the msn address with activation link in it. they went to my facebook, changed my password and then sent some quite nasty messages to my friends etc. admittadly one or two were quite amusing but some were below the belt as they emailed my girlfriend and basically said i dont fancy her and dont want to be with her which obviously upset her. I have sorted it now by changing my facebook username and all passwords on msn and facebook. so if you use a hotmail address for facebook i would advise changing it

if there a good hacker, they wont show there ID, such as Ip address. Or bounce it normaly across the nework and make out there in US when there in Uk

Mainly boredom, could well be someone getting back at your, No offence, but hacking MSN and facbook is more than a easy job if your clued up.

Its when you hack network servers or hack into things like buisness'es and share the information on the net.

Banks are a risky buisness as they use a high codede softwear that will track you before you even press ENTER. As some daterbases hold alot of good information, I've always wanted to do the White house

I don't see the point in hacking full stop. It's all very tragic and no one, (other than other virgins who still live with their mums) find it impressive.

Describing hacking as not impressive, is like describing driving as not impressive, it very much depends on the detail of what is done.

Driving up a mountain road isnt impressive, drifting one perfectly is.

Likewise running some pre written script to get someone's MSN details isnt impressive, but hacking the enigma machine in the 2nd world war WAS impressive, not to mention saved millions of lives.

So I disagree that all hacking instantly is unimpressive and I certainly disagree with the statement that there is "no point" in hacking, potentially there are lives to be saved of millions of pounds to be made, so that constitutes a point IMHO.

Military boffins hacking into the baddies' computers is all well and good and has a point. But geeks in bedrooms 'hacking' saves no lives, serves no purpose and is sad and silly.

Did someone hack into your mind, or did it change on its own?

We were talking about bedroom hackers. Which is shit and sad.

Military 'hacking' is completely and utterly different. I hadn't considered it to be honest, hence my comment.

But you knew that, and just want to 'win'.

Not at all, because you choose to use the term "I dont see the point in hacking FULL STOP" I didnt take you to be referring purely to "social hackers" as I would call them, it sounded more encompassing than that.

Hacking at the higher levels is an intelectual challenge requiring a great deal of inteligence and skill and commitment, and it sounded to me like you hadnt considered that, so I was just expressing my differing opinion.

I might be missing something here mate, but if the hacker changed your password (i'm assuming you dont know what he changed it to) how have you gone and changed it again?

You ever heard of anger management classes? You clearly need them. Secondly, I never knew who hacked mine but I found out. People don't always know who damaged their property but people still tell them what to do to the criminal. So please, keep your insults to yourself.

Calling people nasty names for no real reason behind your computer doesn't make you look good you know. It makes you look like an idiot.

I've made one comment on a thread which isn't related to you, and now you feel we should 'Meet up' so you can call me names. What so we meet in say, a Tesco car park, you walk over, call me a cunt and then go home? Then no, I'm not travelling anywhere for such an event to take place, as it's not my type of thing.

However, I can give you my address and you can come to my house and shout all the abuse you like. Don't expect anything in return though, as I wouldn't lower myself. I may come out and laugh at you for entertainment purposes though.

PM if you want the address.

Ok, I don't see the point in 'social hacking' FULL STOP. Now military hacking, that's for cool people who wear sunglasses indoors, wear Paul Smith underpants and know how to say "I love you" in 12 different languages.

That better?
