Whats the actual problem? eBay make people unregistered for all sorts of reasons.

If you only paid yesterday I fail to see how you've open a Paypal dispute (I'm assuming thats what you mean by a Paypal thingy) as you need to wait a miniumn of 7 days iirc?

Personally, if I were you i'd send the the seller a message and only get too worried if whatever you've bought doesn't turn up when they say that it will.

If things go tits up ... as long as the seller has the money in their Paypal account, then you'll get the money back, if it isn't there then don't hold your breath.

Paypal will still take funds out of your account, money in it or not. They have done it with me and put me in a negative balance in the past

If there is no money in the seller's bank account, the direct debit has been cancelled, etc. etc then they can't. Unless you are referring to the fact that they will place the seller's Paypal account in negative balance, which means nothing when it comes to claiming money back - if the actual money is not there to take then they can't take it.

That is what I meant, I should have worded my reply a bit better.
