Default Tracking owner of a vehicle.
As above found a old car in a garage. And i want track the owner. What is the best way of doing this?

Cant you pay the DVLA £2.50, give them a reason why you want the info & they jsut give it to you?

Saw an old 5th gear. On it was people parking where they shouldnt but they thought they could. The doggy company got the drivers info this way and sent them a bill.
