Default Cvh rebuild

Hi, i am currently stripping a 1991 CVH from my XR2i 1.6. the head and manifolds is going to CHD for some work and a cam but i am going to rebuild the bottom myself (first time) would standard replacement con rods pistons bolts etc be sufficient enough to deal with the head work long term or should i be looking to uprate these in some way? top of range rods and pistons are out of my reach and seem abit excessive for the power that the engine will produce (130 if i'm very lucky!!) but i not sure where to look or who is best to supply the parts, done a few searches and googled it but thought someone might have some experience and knowledge on the best route?

Thanks in Advance Milla
