Just watching the news and a story came on about a road rage attack.

Basically a guy in a DB7 had a bit of road rage with another guy in a 206, the DB7 gy got out and punched the other bloke in the face.

BUT

Now the Aston Martin driver is going to court and getting done for it, which is fair enough but the court is trying to sell his car through the Auctions and then give the bloke he smacked £1500 out of the sale

Surly the courts can sell your car because of that

Seems a bit strange, surley they ouldnt do that only give u a fine etc and pay for it however

The judge probably wants to keep it for himself - therefore getting a DB7 for £1500

It's been reported in a couple of the 'comics' but couldn't find anything in any of the newspapers.

If you'd used your car as a 'weapon' and rammed somebody then they could probably confiscate it then.
