Default What oil in an F150 Lightning?

Hopefully going to do an oil change on my F150 Lightning this weekend, has anyone got any ideas what grade / wiscosity of oil I should be using?!

whatever they recommend for the explorer 4.0 v6 would probably be fine if you cant find out for sure anywhere mate.

Did you find an answer in the end ?? If not I can find out - engine oil i take it...

Cool - i'll continue hunting for gearbox weights for the same truck, mate wants to ship one from florida to replace the one he blew up - don't happen to anyone thats shipped one over do you to save me searching

What Gen Lightning? What Oil are you changing?

Stock 02 for instance should run 5w-20 Engine Oil But people in the Know say 5w-30.
