Paypal's buyer protection seems to be a joke, they issued me a refund and then basically said "he doesn't have the money in his bank, shame for you"

Now i'm not too happy about this, I stand to loose £400. I've got they guys mobile and home telephone numbers, his email address and his business website.

I know you can work out who registered a website, etc. Wondering if anyone knows how to do it?

 

Does he have any other items for sale in his ebay? Buy one of them, don't send paypal, click send a cheque, then it will show you his address

Good idea that one, but bid on it from a different name unless he has it as a Buy it Now, otherwise he'll see your name and remove your bid.

 

I didn't buy it through ebay. Paypal's buyer protection is a joke. If he decides to close that bank account now, i'll never get anything.
