cosworth it

hello out there, Can eneyonr help my I have a 1990 sapphire cosworth 4x4 and recently redone all the sensors, cps, dps etc, and now i has trubble starting, I sounds like the timings right out, sparking when hte piston comeing up but iv strobed it and its bang on.

Can someone help me????

Iv gaped the cps to 0.45 and the dps to 0.20????

double check the phase sensor wiring plug inside the dizzy - should look like this :
