They tried SO hard to be like The Beatles (who were also shit IMO, so I obviously know nothing!)

Definitely maybe, Morning glory, Be here now and the Master plan are 4 amazing albums and Whatever is a good single only song too but the rest of the albums are poor.

Noel does it all and whenever he does a few songs like Hey hey my my at Wembley or even acoustic ones its always good without Liam, so he could just throw him out and crack on. Can't replace Noel though.

As for Blur, they have a couple of good songs like Song 2 or Beetlebum but most are poppy or catchy joke songs. Some of Coxon's stuff is better than Blur's and much more band like.
