My stolen motocross bike is home at last
ITS HOME........ITS HOME....... ITS HOME
we the up date on my bike that got stole of me 2 years agow has at last come home . we the storey is 2 years agow we got up on the 17th sep to see that the roof of the garage had been broke into in the night and the only thing that was missing was my pride and juy cr500 hybrid that i duilt from a frame all the way up to a bike was gone
Well on the 6th july a mate rang my wife and told her to get me to have a look on EBAY at a bike well when i had a look it was my old bike so of to the police stashion i went and my mate REX rang the bloke to meet up and see the bike as a punter not long after he rang me to say it was my bike and he had put £20 down on the bike so the lad would hold it . in the meen time i was have a chat with the old bill and they said they were happy to retreve the bike and arest the lad . we the next day it was set for the lad to bring the bike over awer way at about 5pm on the 7th july were he was promply arested and tuck back to the cop shop were he get bayal that night . iv been phoning the police every week to see wot is going on in all they told me they had 3 lads in about the theft of the bike and the lad they said that they were convinst stole it in the first place just said ( i dont no wot you are going on about ) so they let him go
Then i had a phone call a week on thersday to say they had droped all the charges and the bike was coming back to me BUT they then said that the first lad might be putting a clame in to get some parts of the bike that he put on it to sell it . well i sore red when the bike went from me it was a bike and i was being told it might be coming back in a box
Well that was over a week agow so i went up to the cop shop last night as i new that one of the cop came on juty at 10pm. any way 10.30 he came out to see me and said that he had a email about it well at 11.30 last nighti had a letter in me hand to say i could have the hole bike back they allso sent a fax to were the bike was so it was all abuve bord . well 9am today i was at the yard were the bike was the down side was i had to pay £150 to get it out of the yard the police have got to pay them £650 for storing it . but i might get my £150 back as the ploice gave me the info were to go to try and get my £150 back
well its home and all looked up

happy you got a result but for fucks sake making you cough up a ton fifty to get your property back is a total piss take.
if you have proven its yours with out a shadow of doubt and they agree its up to the plod to sort it out and you should not have to pay to get your property back.
maybe if they fucked over the git who was selling the bike it would make people more carefull about buying a crosser if its stolen and you get tits all.

Sorry -beefy- no it was never for sale and never will be as the thing that got me so upset about it was my mom put a lot of ££££ into helping me build the bike in the first place and my mom past away 9 years agow so there in my eyes there could never be a price on this bike its sentimental to me thanks for the offer mate

yea really good news mate glad to see it back in one piece and the rightful owner, your lucky in a way not cos you got your bike stolen but most don't come back, hopefully someone was looking over you about the bike , just hope she wasn't treated too bad whilst they had it, but atleast being a 2 stroker pistons and bores are a service item

my mate had his cr125 stolen never to be seen again, don't think he never will neither it was worth alot in parts with custom exhaust and mostly race parts fitted, my mates had a number of bikes stolen from there garage they where known to be big on bikes i think they had about 7 bikes in all stolen within 6 months
