I put a car up for auction and with a buy it now on flea bay. Some one bought it within 2 hours of it going up on ebay. Communication is lacking on the buyer front...+ his address is in poland (waited three days so far-heard nothing)

Whats the quickest way i can readvertise the car? I take it i need to take him to a ebay 'court' ( do i get my money back for advertising it-from ebay i mean)

Can anyone tell me?

 

think you report him and file a case for non paid, ebay is a complete ball ache mate and i think nothing can happen for atleast a week....
