Default coz 4x4 head how much

how much will i be looking too pay for a head for a 4x4 coz
i think mine is beyond repair
second hand of course new ones are a fooking rip off

I get asked for cossie heads every day now To say they are like rocking horse s..t is an understatment ,, Good heads are selling now for £400 to £500 and they sell within hours of getting them Its the problem with cossies now , they are old cars and most have had the head skimmed 2/3 times now and are scrap , Shame , but thats the problem with running old modded cars

mines only been skimmed once but the valve has snapped and wrecked my head and one of my pistons
so hear we go have you got a head then

well we payed £600 for one other week
it was mint
i got a ecc4 head and cam cover thats mint recon new valve seals cut back seats £750

ive got another head in the shed with every valve bent in it which came of my esc coz i think i might take both in to somewere and see if they can make a good one out of the two i hope
dave were them pistons you gave me standard size or not some of the part number on top of them are different
if you dont know dont worry i will ask the engineer who will be doing my head if he can do something with it

dave were them pistons you gave me standard size or not some of the part number on top of them are different
As far as i know they are standard Ian.

Not sure why the numbers are different.

slightly diffent
water senor diffent place
cam cover diffent
they far better head got iron valve guids that never wear out and a better casting
the do fit on no probs thow

rs nuts, if your still after a 4x4 head i have one and its mint belive its off a low mile car dont think its even been skimed complete but no cam cover £400 07931258672 if your intrested
