Im not bothered about the cost, its just that they didnt ring for me to autherise the work... Plus, they fucked me about a while ago, cos the retard that MOT'd another car, said the track control arm had failed, but he wrote track rod end on the failure. Stupid cnut.
I know i should of checked the lights, but forgot to do it until after id dropped the car off... Doh!
Rang trading standards, just to see what they'd make of it, expecting to get a reply of tough shit piss off, but they have taken all the details and are going to take it further.

No doubt you are not insured to change parts/work on your car on thier premises, so after having removed it from premises they could have charged you full fee again ?, I know some items are not rechargeable.
I can't beleive some stroppy twats over a poxy bulb, if they had changed it during the test they could be struck off, they used thier common sense and decency, sadly lacking in some people.
