I think CUNT is an apt description here.
No doubt you are not insured to change parts/work on your car on thier premises, so after having removed it from premises they could have charged you full fee again ?, I know some items are not rechargeable.
I can't beleive some stroppy twats over a poxy bulb, if they had changed it during the test they could be struck off, they used thier common sense and decency, sadly lacking in some people.

Don't some garages charge a 15 quid retest fee? (i know the last garage i enquired at-had this rule)
What would happen if they failed you and told you it was a 15 quid retest for a poxy bulb?
