not harsh imo.
36 is quite a way over 30, its practically 40, therefore id expect more points.
30's are the roads you should ALWAYS abide the speed limit imo, too many chances of kids running out etc....

The speed limit is there to do not below or above
When a did ma bike lesson the instructor always went on
about doing the limit and getting there safe and quickly. Below and it could
result in a fail.
A failed for going above lol . Since then ave seen the shift light flash at 15000 in 6th
