Have they actually taken any money from you yet? Possibly contact your bank to block it if they try to take the money?

exactly what i thought but there telling me cos i didn't say anything it means i want to renew my policy

they don't record the phone calls cos i said i wanted then to hear the last call i made to them, when i stated i didn't want to renew unless they could do it for less than £790, they said they just type in parts of the phone call, funny that they didn't type the part where i said not unless they can do it for less, bloody rip off merchants £2000 for a 1.8 mondy
