I would not take her bail status as any indication of her sentence. She has paid a surity to the court. She has no previous convictions, will have to reside at an address with curfew conditions. I'm sure one breach and she would be straight inside.
What threat does she pose to the public? And she must of convinced the court she was not at risk from others in the conspiracy.
I have seen people in the same boat with same type of bail status get double figures before.

He was put under cuffew from 9pm till 7am and had to got the police station as part of his bail every day at 3pm.
He got 5years, 1st offence.
