Port matching inlet manifold

Is it worth me having my inlet manifold port matched to my ported head (YB)?

Will i see any gains in having this done ?

is this something that is advisable to do diy on a YB as i used to this to my mini engines years ago and had no problems (did both inlet and exhaust) but then an a series head was a damn sight cheaper to abtain then
