Default Why is it that...............

when making a powdered drink...................

If you add the liquid to the powder its ok but,

If you add the powder to the liquid it goes all lumpy??

WTF is all that about??

yea weird as fook, it's like the water forms a coating round the powder making it into lumps

thats caus when u pour the water on top of the powder it mixes it up, but when u put the powder on top of the water it doesnt mix unless u stir it

youre not meant to add it to water... the powder goes straight up ya nose

well thats not the case with nesquick milkshake, mixes regardless of putting milk in 1st or 2nd
