Cheers for reading folks. Was wonderin what senser controls the oil pressure gauge in the escorts.
I have a oil light in the dash when i turn on the key and when i start it goes out but not getting anything at the pod. I know ive good pressure so what could be wrong..

sounds like the pressure guage sender,check the wires havent broke,its under the inlet manifold towards the back of the engine,there are 2 wires to it but its awkward to get at
