I have a mk4 fiesta 1.25 which i havent given the easiest life which is proberly why its started to knock.I need to find a new block and head because can be bothered with changing the head over. Anybody know a desent place in essex to get a second hand engine from and how much should i expect to pay?

Check ebay. Probably £200 or so for a decent milage one.
