Default oil from zorst

cant be good, car has been stood for a while and it is going to the garage for an oil leek repair,so i thought i would fire up the old girl.
Its a cold night and its smoking a little as cars often do at this time of year.but when i reversed in to my garage i noticed tiny spots of what looked like oil gave the throtle a dab or 3 and had a look looked like my zorst had cum black on the garage floor
seemed to drive ok last time out ,what do peeps recon a compresion test maybe, would this show up ring where.Or could there be another reason for this

My car does this, ive been told its the black stuff in the zorst, and when my car spits alittle bit of water out on standstill it comes out with it if that makes any sense
