Well if Bugatti used the original planned Engine which was a W18 (they couldn't cos of reliability issues) i think they'd be able to get about 1600/1800bhp and that would crack about 300mph easy. Its possible but like said by foreigneRS, it also depends on the Tyres and also aerodynamics of the car.
