Default whats up with my brakes?

i bled the brakes on my cossie today after it has been standing for over a year.
problem is when driving my foot goes near the floor and the car dont brake at all then about a second or 2 later the brake kicks in and it stops really well its lie the servo dont build up pressure for a few seconds?
any ideas?

still got air in the system m8! how did you bleed them?

be honest tabs i dont think it is air as im sure they wernt too good before it went off road its like the pressure dont get built up for a good 2-3 seconds when your foot is on the floor.
